Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all — and I don't treat it that way. Every person who walks through the (virtual) door brings a different story, different strengths, and different goals. I take the time to understand yours and build an approach that actually fits your life.
My style is direct and solution-focused. We won't spend years circling the same topics — we'll get to what matters, work on it, and help you move forward with real tools you can use.
And because I work exclusively via telehealth, getting support fits into your life — not the other way around.
What makes you different?
How can I contact you?
You can reach out through my contact form located on the fees and insurance page, by phone, or email to get started. I’ll respond personally to schedule a consultation and answer any questions you may have about therapy and next steps.
