Depression Therapy in Denver, Colorado:
I serve all of Colorado, including Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia
Depression treatment often includes evidence-based therapy focused on improving mood, increasing coping skills, addressing negative thought patterns, and helping clients reconnect with daily life and meaningful relationships.
Depression: From Heavy to Hopeful
Depression can feel like a heaviness that affects your thoughts, energy, motivation, and sense of connection to yourself and others. Even everyday tasks can start to feel overwhelming or out of reach.
In therapy, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you. Together, we’ll gently explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to support your mood, energy, and daily functioning. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and CBT helping you reconnect with yourself in a steady, supported way.
You don’t have to navigate this alone—healing is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

We also support clients using out-of-network benefits and may be able to assist with reimbursement through Mentaya (see our Fees & Insurance page for additional details).
