Online Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Couples Counseling & Personal Growth
At Nuri Counseling Collective, therapy offers a space to slow down, untangle what you’ve been carrying, and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and healing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or all three at once, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
We offer virtual therapy designed to meet you in real life, wherever you are, and whatever you’re facing, with support that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
Meet Your Therapist
Princess Spikes, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work Practice and over four years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with anxiety, depression, couples counseling & personal growth challenges,
My style is laid-back, direct, and collaborative, creating a space where you can be honest while feeling supported and guided toward real change.
Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way, building practical coping skills, and improving communication and relationship patterns so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My goal is meaningful, lasting progress, not just feeling better, but having the tools to maintain change in your daily life.
Signs You May Benefit from Therapy
Anxiety that feels constant or hard to manage
Ongoing stress or burnout
Depression or low mood
Relationship challenges or communication struggles
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next
You don’t need a perfect reason to start therapy- just a sense that something isn’t working the way it used to.
Virtual Therapy Services We Offer
We offer supportive, structured care tailored to your needs.
Individual Therapy
Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical tools you can actually use in daily life, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you. The goal is not just insight, but real progress you can feel in how you cope, connect, and show up in your life.
ADHD Management
Living with ADHD looks different for everyone. I can help you understand how it shows up in your life, develop practical strategies for focus, organization, and follow-through, and work through the frustration and self-doubt that often come with it.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations
An ESA letter requires a clinical evaluation — not everyone qualifies. I'll assess your mental health needs and determine whether an emotional support animal is a clinically appropriate recommendation for you. If it is, I'll provide the documentation you need. If not, I'll be honest with you about why.
Couples Counseling
Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected, improve communication, and build practical tools you can use in your relationship every day. Through a supportive and collaborative process, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for both partners. The goal is not just greater understanding, but real progress you can experience in how you communicate, resolve conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and show up for one another.
Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches (CBT, DBT, and ACT)
Anxiety — Challenge the thoughts that fuel worry, build skills to manage overwhelming feelings, and learn to live fully without waiting for anxiety to disappear.
Depression — Break cycles of negative thinking and withdrawal, rebuild emotional stability, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning.
Personal Growth & Communication — Shift unhelpful patterns, learn to ask for what you need while respecting others, and show up more fully in the relationships that matter most.
Each approach weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to you.
Evidenced Based Therapy Approaches for Couples: Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Couples Counseling — Improve communication, reduce conflict patterns, and rebuild emotional connection and trust. Work together to strengthen understanding, support, and shared meaning in your relationship.
