Online Therapy for Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
At Nuri Counseling Collective, therapy provides a supportive space to slow down, understand the patterns behind your anxiety and OCD, and develop practical tools to feel more in control. Together, we’ll work on managing intrusive thoughts, reducing anxiety, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier ways to cope and move forward. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
We offer virtual therapy designed to meet you in real life, wherever you are, and whatever you’re facing, with support that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
Meet Your Therapist
Princess Spikes, MSW, LICSW, LCSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and over four years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, OCD, and other mental health concerns. I help individuals better understand their thoughts, manage overwhelming emotions, reduce anxiety, and develop effective coping strategies to create meaningful and lasting change.
My style is laid-back, direct, and collaborative, creating a space where you can be honest while feeling supported and guided toward real change.
Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way, building practical coping skills, and improving communication and relationship patterns so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My goal is meaningful, lasting progress, not just feeling better, but having the tools to maintain change in your daily life.
Signs You May Benefit from Therapy
Anxiety that feels constant, overwhelming, or difficult to control
Intrusive thoughts, OCD symptoms, or feeling stuck in unwanted thought patterns
Ongoing stress, burnout, or difficulty finding balance
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward
You don’t need a perfect reason to start therapy; just a sense that something isn’t working the way it used to.
Virtual Therapy Services We Offer
We offer supportive, structured care tailored to your needs.
Individual Therapy
Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical tools you can actually use in daily life, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you. The goal is not just insight, but real progress you can feel in how you cope, connect, and show up in your life.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations
An ESA letter requires a clinical evaluation and not everyone qualifies. I'll assess your mental health needs and determine whether an emotional support animal is a clinically appropriate recommendation for you. If it is, I'll provide the documentation you need. If not, I'll be honest with you about why.
Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT & ERP)
Anxiety & OCD — Learn to understand the patterns behind anxiety and obsessive thoughts, challenge unhelpful thinking, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways to respond to uncertainty and distress. Through evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), you can reduce the power of intrusive thoughts and create more freedom in your daily life..
Your treatment is personalized using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support lasting change and help you develop the tools to manage anxiety and OCD.
